I've been playing Thing-Thing Arena 3 for a long time now, and when I had to play for God-only-knows how long to get the "Cranial Excavator" achievement, it didn't give me the medal. Has anyone else had problems with medals, or is it just my family-inherited bad luck acting up again?

I wouldn't know. I play Thing Thing Arena 2 over 3. It's better in my opinion.
